This book is a collection of poems from a time in life where I was struggling. Writing became an outlet for me and allowed me to overcome my physical and emotional turmoil. I hope these poems find someone who may also be in a time of turmoil and chaos, and they give them a glimmer of hope. Just like they did for me, providing a space to allow them to be seen, felt and heard. The poems might not make sense to all, but hopefully those who are in need will be able to decipher and use them. And just a gentle reminder to all; You are not alone and just like me, will find your footing in life and triumph!
