This collection is for readers struggling with anxiety, paranoia, ect., because even the most religious have trouble staying calm during times of uncertainty. Readers from all backgrounds are welcome. All inserts are accompanied by an Islamic video and I encourage readers, if they can, to watch at their own pace. We all need guidance, especially in the most darkest of times.
