And maybe she is a wounded animal to pity; but when it comes to survival, like a lizard, she'll sacrifice her own tail to survive. Meanwhile, Konoha is in fear, as a great darkness creeps upon them. Disappearances, and gruesome deaths make everyone fear for the worst, but Shikamaru takes the brunt of it all. When life gives you limes, It's hard to make lemonade. (In which Sakura can time-travel in her sleep, knows things she shouldn't, and maybe sleeps too long. Shikamaru realizes everything is connected; suspicion ensures.)
