Sasuke 10 / Itachi 18 Fugaku and Mikoto Uchiha were murdered when Sasuke was 5 and Itachi 13. Sasuke gets sick and Itachi takes care of him. Sasuke refuses to rest even with a high fever which causes him to pass out and his fever to become worse. Sasuke gets hallucinations in school. In his feverish state, he gets Nightmares about Itachi dying. Itachi is left to care for his sibling. Will Sasuke get better or with the hallucinations get worse? Read to find out more Re uploaded. Author's notes: this is written from Itachi's POV , the time is during the night he murdered the Uchiha family. I tried to described his feelings about having to leave Sasuke behind.

Disappearances, and gruesome deaths make everyone fear for the worst, but Shikamaru takes the brunt of it all. When life gives you limes, It's hard to make lemonade. (In which Sakura can time-travel in her sleep, knows things she shouldn't, and maybe sleeps too long. Shikamaru realizes everything is connected; suspicion ensures.)
