This is a safe place for me to express my deepest, darkest thoughts to people without being afraid of judgement. I hope that this can inspire people to write about how they feel too because it has really helped me with my mental health. By sharing this, I hope that it shows people who are also struggling, that they're not alone with what they're going through and that it's okay not to be okay. If anyone has any questions about journaling or mental health in general, feel free to ask and I will try my best to help.

This will only be a short story. This story os about a 16 year old girl called Kate who couldn't take life anymore. Her boyfriend would sexually touch her and friends would treat her like shit speaking about her poorly. Her parents not understanding why was going on and how she felt all she could think of was to end her suffering. This will be a short story on the letter she left behind.

Jessica lay in bed on Sunday considering her life choices, still as a rock, heavy as one too. A Ben and Jerry's ice-cream pot lay empty by her bed. Her boyfriend loved her skinny and wouldn't want to see her put on weight. Her sky blue eyes were now bloodshot and red. Her skin was salty from the tears she had recently given up on. She does not move and has no energy to, tissues stacked on her dull red duvet like the leaning tower of Pisa. She knew it wouldn't work out but why end like this?
