He wanted to run away, distract himself with activity and action. You didn't need friends to do that kind of work. But one day, someone changes it-changes everything. Just one smile, one touch, one word, and colors have erupted in Julien's black and white world. It was as if he had opened his eyes for the first time. Emotions bloomed like flowers in his garden, the very garden he had tried so hard to keep barren. The fact that a single person could break down walls deemed invincible terrified him.
