Mia James is a teenager when she finds James Blake in the street. James Blake is a famous singer from England and Mia dont get very impress about him on the first look. They will by accident live an amazing week, when something prevent James from staying in England. 5 Years passed since their first meeting , will they remember their past moments and what have changed in their lives? Maybe their difference of lifestyles will be an obstacle for them to live their "weird connection".

You are the lead singer of a rock band. Your music brings out the happiness in people's souls. The band gets famous in the UK as time goes by and you are pretty excited about it. But one day things change...maybe for the best.

Inspired by the James Bay song, "Need the Sun to Break". I have zero rights to the song in any way, I just used some of the lyrics to inspire this little short story. You absolutely don't need to know the song to enjoy the story, but I think it's lovely to read it while listening!! Jack's stuck in a rut. His family seems to be combusting before his very eyes, leaving him with a very difficult decision to make. But when he sees Eliza, he feels like he can finally breath again after spending so many months struggling to stay alive. Can Jack make it work with his personal patch of sunlight?

Loosely inspired by the lyrics to James Bay's hit song Need the Sun to Break, this short story follows the life of 21-year-old Jack McCauley during his junior year at college. While dealing with a difficult home situation, Jack meets an intriguing figure in Eliza Jamison. But will a life-altering decision take away what might be Jack's only chance at happiness right now?

What she called not being able to flirt mysteriously he called a riddle to solve. What she thought to be a casual Friday night out he saw as a special night back home. What she saw as her beloved job he understood as a service of bravery. What she understood as a natural and obvious honesty he felt as a fresh authenticity. Darcy was not what James would've ever expected. She didn't need him, or any man for that matter. Not because she didn't like men but because she was so content in who she was. She was so true to herself, so full of joy. It was easy to like her, so easy, that he wanted to stay just a little longer. James on the other hand was really not what Darcy saw coming. He just kind of stepped into her life.

Lydia and James used to date in high school. They were a sweet couple, always doing things together. Lydia, being an American, eventually moved back to the States causing heartbreak, and some teenage angst for both of them. Lydia comes back to the UK to find herself staying with James, who seems to be living in the past. James tries to rekindle their love, but will he manage to do so? They have to get through tragedy, heartbreak, and obstacles for this to happen. Will they be able to save their lost relationship, or will it go down in flames along with their happiness?
