(KIMETSU NO YAIBA SPOILERS) Even injected with the cure, Muzan's blood remains potent in Tanjiro's body. In the end, he decides to accept death as if he failed to turn back into a human, a demon that conquered the sun would turn all those who sacrificed their lives as meaningless. The final battle had Kamado Tanjiro as another life given to end Muzan's reign. And then he wakes up to a world with a shattered moon all alone.
