Two years ago a boy's father wrote a book. It was about a man who lived in a world full of cripples. This man used his powers only for others. He helped the weak, saved lives, and spread wealth throughout the world. However, all good things must come to an end as he ended up dying. In the end, his death brought clarity and revealed a message. That everyone has something important to offer. However, most current society does not believe in such a silly notion. They believe that power is all that matters. In a world where 90% of the world has some sort of special power referred to as an "ability" most choose to keep it to themselves. Those who believed in the book's message gave rise to Superheros. Yet, their efforts are in vain as a group named Ember has been killing Superheros. A group that supports Superheros has been hidden in the shadows for a long time has now risen and has taken drastic measures. It had been a month since Emerson's death, EMBER and DARKLORD had joined forces and became Phoenix. The new lead of Phoenix creates an ultimate being with the DNA of Josh and the ability of Emerson to wreck havoc on Wellston High and finally obtain the historic high school for unknown purposes. John is returned as the King of Wellston but now has everyone resenting him including Seraphina. Fiora hates him to death and is very suspicious of the new classmate who has the suspicious similarities to two people she knew well. And soon the return of someone....someone unexpected.

After the Joker incident, John and Sera are spaced out for a while, while John does his business, Sera talks to the dethroned Royals about the Safe House Club they wanted to form. John disapproves this and does everything to take it down, because of this, Sera grew hatred on John, that is until a day of an event that both John and Sera will never forget.
