In fact, the events behind all of this are actually not clearly revealed. Sophie -MC-, wanted to find out the answers to all those questions. Will she be able to find out the truth? Duskwood is a small town which is surrounded by dense forest and hides many secrets ,some of them are going to come out . M/C is a psychologist in the story, she lives near the duskwood but she rarely goes there .

Jade Carson (MC) she works for the LAPD and the best detective there not to mention she is also rich. A girl who was hard to get was now Falling for the hacker. She is going to duskwood after everything but with a lots of questions in her head. Jake didn't want to fall for jade but he did harder every minute but he knew it was wrong it would bring danger to her. Even put her life at risk but jade didn't care about her life infact it was the least thing she cared about. Watch as a reckless Detective and a hacker try to be with eachother against the harsh world which is trying to keep them apart.

A Duskwood fanfiction. Taking place after chapter 10. Spoiler alert for anyone who hasn't completed chapter 10. It has been eight long days since MC (Lia) has heard anything from Jake and her friends from Duskwood. After so many failed attempts to get in contact with anyone and being completely ignored, Lia decided to go to Duskwood herself to see if everyone was alright. To her shock, she sees that her friends including Jake are having a good time without her. Has everything they said to her been a lie? Has Jake only used her as a tool to find Hannah? Before Lia could find answers to her question, she soon finds herself in the same predicament as Hannah, just that now she has to deal with someone worse than the man without face. Her only hope is Jake, but could she trust him to save her after what she saw? Taking place after chapter 10, Richy is still here, Hannah is part of the group now, Phil is still a flirt and Dan has prepared popcorn for some (obvious) reasons.
