Sirius decides to take BSL Unit 101 in his second year of college; it's here that he meets Remus. (This fic explores some aspects of Deaf culture and discussions about the Deaf community. I am hearing, but I did take BSL 101 in my second year of college, so I do know how that course in particular works (nothing like giving your favourite characters your own lived experiences). If anyone who is Deaf feels I have made any mistakes regarding my representation of my Deaf characters, please let me know, and I will make changes.
