There's a line between being someone's wife and being Jim Moriarty's wife. It's been 14 years and I haven't thought about how much I missed my freedom. I gave up everything to become his. I'm Melanie Moriarty. Here's my story.

You are on a trip to London, England. While you are there, you run into none other than Jim Moriarty himself. Of course, being as you don't live there, you have no idea who he is or what he does. Note: Jim Moriarty does not belong to me, this version of him is based off of BBC's tv series Sherlock. Also note: this won't be the usual 'fall in love and cheesy romance' story. If I do this right, it will be filled with darkness, betrayal, adventure, mystery, jealousy, and love denial. ;) Should be fun. Hope you enjoy!!

Due to an unfortunate event, Astrid is forced into hiding in order to stay out of the spotlight of the under world. The isolation (no pun intended!) brings out an urge to confront her father. After Rain Watson is acquitted of a murder charge, She moves in with her Uncle John and shortly after meets Jim Moriarty, who she is completely captivated by and begins to play a dangerous game with him, soon finding herself out of her depth, as her life begins to spiral out of control and bad things begin to happen. You work as a Detective Inspector, the best one in the Scotland Yard. You're quick to deduce and have a sharp mind. Cases can't solve your boredom forever, even if there are plenty of them. Your life takes a sudden turn when you're reunited with an old friend, Sherlock Holmes. Each new case is a battle of the wits, a game of deduction, and a lesson to you both. What happens when you find out just how much you need Sherlock with you? Not all things in life are ephemeral.

I decided to turn several dialogues/plots/scenes etc. that I saw on Instagram and Tumblr into Mystrade headcanons:) Every 'chapter' is 1 headcanon. They aren't that long, but please enjoy anyway! (notice: these are ALMOST the same as the headcanons of my 'story' Sherlock: Johnlock headcanons)

Astrid Wingham was just an echo, she no longer existed. In her place stood the new and not so improved Alexa Holton. Astrid finds herself caught up in the affairs of the greatest criminal minds in the world, and despite her memorable past with crime, she happily finds herself in the middle of the great game. With her criminal father still gone missing, and the greatest criminal mind as her boss, will she stay strong in this dangerous world? Or will her separate feelings for two men cloud her judgement? (A/N I am a huge fan of the Sherlock universe and I've always wanted to write about it. This fiction is set in the same time as the BBC Sherlock series, however it also has it's own story created by yours truly. I've kept everything in cannon as much as possible, the only exceptions being alterations to scenes to include Astrid. Also a quick mention to Ariane DeVere's transcripts on live journal, you're a lifesaver! I should probably also add that the only characters that I own are my original ones, the rest belong to the genius' Mark Gatiss and Steven Moffat!!!)

Chloe Watson is John's younger sister and a forensic scientist who decides to come back to London and live with him due to something bad happening back home. What she didn't expect though was to join her brother and the one and only Sherlock Holmes into adventures of crime solving and most of the times danger. Thanks to Moran they both make it out alive, even if not unharmed, meaning a bullet for the sniper and a bad cold for the consulting criminal. Back home, Sebastian finds himself forced to nurse his sick, and above all annoying as ever, boss. But their last argument will lead to an unexpected consequence, concerning they fuck-up "relationship".
