Nine has adjusted so well to being alone again. He wakes up on his own, without feeling smothered with a weight on his back, or a leg draped over his waist, or a great warmth around him every morning. And his room has never looked this clean. He actually checked every corner, just to make sure and put Joong's stuff in one drawer. But oddly it somehow feels not lived in? That is weird since this is his room he sleeps and stays in it. Well, it definitely didn't feel like this when Joong was still staying with him. But surely that isn't the case right? He feels happy to be alone again. Pft. Right?
