life with a mentally unstable parent is never easy. I decided this needed to be written after an encounter my sister had with a police woman who acted very judgmental towards her for her attitude about our mothers illness.

What is the relevance of the Gita to the young and middle aged working people in modern times? All that Krishna says to Arjuna is: Be efficient at work. How to be efficient at work is what the Gita is all about for it is the science of action. So the workplace is where it is most relevant. While Western management thought too often deals with problems at material, external and peripheral levels, the Gita tackles the issues from the grass roots level of human thinking. I'm losing my mind. Why else would I have seen the ghost of my dead friend? And it doesn't help that my new neighbor is driving me nuts. Damien is annoying and conceited. There is something about him, something familiar. I can't explain it. While I'm trying to hang on to my sanity, I will start to remember who Damien is and what he means to me. Things begin to unravel when I remember his betrayal.

The lighter the wings the less you have to fear. You may even come back with an appeal. When Astoria dies her wings are as black as night and her partners are dead set on saving her. Olie is willing to break every law, Kai is prepared to face a figure from his past and Irene is ready to put up with the idiocy the two supply. Even if they do manage to stick together through the arguments and finish before the clock it doesn't answer the questions. Why can't people with black wings return to life? What did Astoria do to get them? Is the curse actually irreversible? Are Olie Kai and Irene ready to say their last goodbyes to her? --------------------------------------- Black wing is a story based on roleplay.
