Chiyo Sakura, the eldest daughter of the Chiyo household, one of the most well known and richest families in the country is set to marry none other than the figure skating superstar of Japan, Yuzuru Hanyu due to the promise that both of their grandparents made years ago. Both of them have struggles and problems of their own, and as time passes they soon find themselves falling for each other. They learn how to help each other overcome the pressure and expectations of the people. Both new to love, they try to understand and discover the feelings that they hold for each other. Who will confess first?

kim hanbin, a soft and loveable person that keeps his head down and his shoulders up. it all started for him quite a few years ago. around the time the spanish influenza hit. he, unluckily, got infected, laying on his death bed by october 1910. in spite of the reaction he would get from the decision he made, the clan leader, Dong Youngbae (better known as Taeyang by his loyal subjects) turned hanbin at the very last second. kim jiwon, a hard edged, unruly person he never stopped till he got what he most desired. born into a line of wolves, he never stopped his longwinded fight for control. he always tried his hardest to get everything he wanted, never letting anyone get in his way. for years, the fight between supernatural groups grew strong, each coating a few life's here and there and more noticeable leaders came to power. it all came down to hanbin and jiwon, the two fighting for what they believed in but never noticed it brought them closer together and the 'marks' they both had on there wrist made things clearer.

MY SUMMER WAS not that special every year, it always happened just like the usual. I lay my back comfortably on my bed, try to figure out what interesting thing to do, plan until I fall asleep, and I end up procrastinating the whole summer. Spoiling my own summer vacation became a normal thing. Then it just happened that this particular break something weird yet so special occurred. Summer break of 2014, it was just as hot as the usual summers I had, but this one was quite different from the others. I had my fair share of destiny’s game. It was as if my heart was tricked and fell into fate’s trap. It was the summer were my heart started beating for someone. How it turned out? I guess that makes this story even more interesting.
