Jurassic Stories

Hi, so here is another new story I'm starting to write. This is not the usual thing I would have written, but here is a Jurassic World fanfic. I won't say much here since I have a separate chapter with some information for you. But I can tell you that Chapter 1 starts a little over a year before the events of the first Jurassic World movie. The plan is to start a while before the film and gradually lead into the movie's plot as the story progresses. I hope you enjoy it!

Because of her skills, she is called by Masrani Global to work in Jurassic World, a park full of dinosaurs on Isla Nublar. It's not quite a transmigration, nor is it a rebirth. It's more as if some "Mad Scientist God" took two entirely unrelated souls, mashed them together, and stuffed them into this shell. Em... well, maybe they tossed in a little something "extra" for good measure? I don't know if I'm a dinosaur, and I don't know if I still count as human. I only know that my tiny brain is currently processing a level of information it was never meant to handle at this age. These were the final thoughts of Carlo, a hatchling Giganotosaurus, born by sheer accident in the Giganotosaurus Exhibit of Jurassic World, just before he blacked out. Author's Notes: 1. The Protagonist: A Giganotosaurus from the ARK: Survival Evolved vanilla module. He is not a human, but rather a dinosaur possessing human knowledge. 2. The "System": There is no traditional narrative system, but the protagonist can view a "Dinosaur Stat Panel" identical to the one in ARK. 3. Reader Discretion: This book leans toward paleontology and the author's personal imagination of dinosaur ecology. It is not a non-stop "kill-or-be-killed" action flick; expect a focus on nature and behavior.

The I.B.R.I.S. (Short for Integrated Behavioral Raptor Intelligence Study was a program to study the intelligence of Velociraptors that began development in 2012. Oversaw by InGen Security Division commander Vic Hoskins, the project began in 2012. The raptors created were kept in the Raptor Research Arena on Isla Nublar and Owen Grady was hired to train them. One of the apparent aims of the project was for an attraction for Jurassic World when there was a set of raptors that were fully trained, but Vic Hoskins wanted to control the Velociraptors in training so that they can be used in military operations, which Owen disagreed with. But in this what if, the Project will have more members than the original number.
