A short poem based on the haunting and heartfelt history of a small Island Nation located in the South Pacific Ocean, known as Nauru. Author's notes: This was a poem from a few years ago that I wrote for world food day in the theme of Nauru's history. I converted it to fit today's celebrations, so happy Independence Day!🇳🇷❤🥳🤗 Also, I don't consider myself much of a writer, or poet. So go easy on me if you think it's not exactly up to par or up to your standards, to which I suspect to be the case. Oh well, enjoy I guess... Lol.

Lena is unsure if this is who she is or this is who she wants to be. this book will be filled with, action, romance, suspense.

She wasn't kidnapped and experimented on by Hydra. She isn't abused. She isn't an orphan. She has both her parents-- Well, not that. Alexa never knew her dad. Her mom, Claire Grey, had run away with Alexa when she was just three months old. The fact is, just like how Alexa never knew her dad, her dad never knew her. He didn't even know that she was born.
