When Tiri Arken, younger sister to Fili and Kili, accompanies her brothers to Hobbiton, The Shire, she didn't expect a Hobbit to be joining the Company. Nor did she think a half-Elf would accompany them too. However, as Durin's day gets closer, Tiri realises that she has more to worry about than prejudices from a long time ago; a dragon and a family curse to be precise. Not to mention a pale Orc seeking her bloodline's end... Everything is dying I can feel it. Everywhere the blood falls the grass dies. The life leaves it along with the life of who the blood belonged too. The sun is red blood red. It's an evil day. A day of mistakes and regrets. But I can make a final stand I won't let Erebor fall. I won't let father fall. Evil will not prevail not on this day. As long as I can help it.

None of them are happy; none of them are healing, which, really, kind of insults Estë. And so she, with help from Nienna, hatches a plan. Vairë shall reweave The Tapestry as it pertains to Erebor. Bilbo Baggins, Thorin Oakenshield, and Fíli-and-Kíli shall be granted the chance to change things, to win themselves a happy ending. Problem, though: they're all idiots, and none of them are capable of communicating like reasonable adults. Oh, my. But maybe, just maybe, these idiots will manage to reclaim Erebor. And maybe, just maybe, they will change the fate of Middle Earth.
