I don't usually write (poetry). But recently I watched a movie, and it drew me to literature, and also towards this character. So, after randomly gaining a burst of deep feelings and innovation at 3 am while listening to You Get Me So High, I grabbed a piece of paper and a pencil and dashed to my balcony to scribble down this piece of writing. This is dedicated to my pretty boy.

I would have NOT been able to get over the senior if that was me 🤷‍♀️.

A collection of poems written by me. I got inspired to write poems after watching the movie Kill Your Darlings, hence the name.

May 1988 When you stand in front of a large body of water at night, it almost looks like a mirror. Sometimes you wonder if love was ever enough for you. Sometimes you look into the water and a murderer is looking back at you, and he's saying "Run! Turn around and pretend it never happened. Wash his blood away and pretend his hands were never in your hair. Pretend he never made you feel worthy of life." And so you turn aroud, feeling like you don't deserve your life, because he never existed to tell you that you do. //started writing in September 2016//
