Scott and Avi were perfectly fine until a certain bandmate, a tenor to be more specific, decided to reveal their secret.

Mitch Grassi has been missing for years. One night, he went for a drive and was never to be seen again. Over time, everyone forgot about him, until unusual things start happening at his old school. Scott is new there, and tries to figure out what is going on. A special talent of his unlocks many secrets, and perhaps something much deeper. Warning: Contains slight depictions of bullying and depression (I mean REALLY slight), and a brief mention of suicide (nothing graphic). Do not read if any of these subjects bother you. Bombs are going off around America. Citizens are directed to not leave their homes until told otherwise. After evacuation, everyone is sent to either Ashberry Farms or Malcom Village. The group 'Pentatonix' will have to live separated from now on. Will they make it until everything goes back to normal?

Pentatonix has writer's block. They were hanging out in the "Idea Chamber" when sheet music comes through the mail slot. The song is amazing, but it doesn't say who wrote it; just "From the heart."
