Lauren Carmen believed in many things, from aliens to evolution, yet she didn't think it was possible to wake up one day in the body of a character from one of her favourite TV show, however here she is stuck in the body of Hayley Marshall.

There has always been this intense connection between Klaus and Hayley. With her being the mother of his child, it was obvious to say the least. Now the two of them must come together to not only unify the vampires and werewolves but also protect their daughter's life.

Elena was walking home when she found a baby. It has been a year since the Mikaelson's had left. A little baby girl. She has a letter attached to her. Elena kept the baby and moved to Mississippi not to close to them but not to far either. She didn't want to walk in without them knowing she was there. She called the Mikaelson's on a constant basis but never did they answer until the one day that one of them did.

Set in 2x22 (Ashes to Ashes), what if Klaus didn't want Elijah and Rebekah's forgiveness, what if the dagger in Klaus's heart and the letting Hayley leave with his daughter was the final straw, that made him release that the 3 siblings 'Always and Forever', was more than a curse than a blessing and made him lose all faith in them. So, I have to admit that, after watching every single episode of The Originals, I still can't bring myself to stick to only one freaking ship,and that's due to everyone having chemistry with everyone. (the only ones that, in my opinion, have no chemistry are Hayley with Jackson). But, even though I don't despise any of the other ships, I've found myself a bit more intrigued by Klaus and Hayley. It's just that, in my eyes, their chemistry is a little bit more intense and raw, and if you think about it,Hayley is the only female character that is so independant and strong and has got the guts to fully stand up to Klaus and his commands. And after all, their connection deepens even more because of Hope, even though they clearly don't like to admit it. So yeah, sorry for the ranting, but I just wanted to explain the reasons why I decided to write a Klayley fanfiction. My story is set right after the season two finale (2x22). It's going to be a multi-chapteral story. Enjoy ;)

The story starts with Hayley still looking for the cure so she can save the Original Family. It has been 5 years since Klaus had done his sacrifice for his siblings. When Hayley manages to bring them all back she is acting different because of a secret she learned throughout this time that she has been alone. This secret made her rethink everything but what she didn't expect to was that Elijah never told her his big secret. What will Hayley do will she forgive Elijah or will she move on for somebody else and what about Elijah if Hayley leaves him, will he find someone to love again? Note( THIS IS A KLAYLEY STORY) so we will see a lot of stuff happen between Klaus and Hayley. Note: I don't own anything except the characters I create.
