Is the sk8 fandom even still alive? I hope so... Basically this is my AU, takes place sometime around episode 9. Kinda angsty. Basically Cherry is temporarily paralyzed after his beef with Adam. Enjoy! Kojiro is struggling with his feelings, while Kaoru is oblivious as fuck. Miya wants his parental figures to get together, even Reki, Langa and Shadow see them pining for each other. Not a slow burn cuz I'm just like that. I do not own sk8 or any of the characters. Hope the Fandom isn't dead fully.

Knowing the fact someone you treasure is gone is one thing, but learning accept it is another. Reki Kyan, a boy whose smile could light up the whole universe, had succumbed to an illness, and his family, friends and beloved boyfriend Langa are left behind to grieve their tragic loss. (Warning! Skating was always meant to be enjoyed with the company of friends. That is what Reki always believed but as Langa continues to be reckless he can't help but worry that history might repeat itself while also discovering how he truly feels about the Canadian. Meanwhile, Koyomi longs to have someone her age skate by her side and finds an unexpected friend in Miya even though he worries that she might leave him one day just like all the others. Mentions of Matchablossom as well!
