Kedekatan pribadi antara Misako dan Hiroshi pun dimulai. Hiroshi dengan setia menemani Misako selama di rumah sakit ataupun setelah keluar rumah sakit saat masa penyembuhan. Hiroshi mengajaknya untuk menikah. Hiroshi tahu jika Misako masih belum bisa melupakan Seichiro, Hiroshi berjanji akan membahagiakan Misako lebih dari Seichiro dengan caranya sendiri.
