Eijirou never planned on falling in love.
Especially not with Katsuki Bakugou. The drummer of their band is everything Eijirou should stay away from-sharp-tongued, emotionally unavailable, constantly smoking, and seemingly allergic to anything that resembles romance. Katsuki has never been the type to settle down, and everyone knows it. Unfortunately for Eijirou, the moment they met, something clicked. What starts as late-night conversations, shared rides home, and endless teasing quickly turns into something much more dangerous for Eijirou: feelings.
The problem? Katsuki doesn't seem interested.
Or at least that's what he wants everyone to think.
While Eijirou tries to move on from his growing crush, misunderstandings, secret relationships, band drama, and one very embarrassing assumption about Katsuki and his childhood best friend leave him more confused than ever.
But the closer they get, the harder it becomes for Katsuki to keep up his act. Because despite his reputation, despite all his walls, despite how much he insists he doesn't do relationships... Katsuki finds himself falling. And somehow, he's falling even harder.
Now caught between friendship, fear, and feelings neither of them knows how to handle, Eijirou and Katsuki must figure out whether what they have is worth risking everything they've built together.
After all, it's easy to play hard to get.
It's a lot harder when you're secretly in love too.
