In a world without quirks, Izuku Midoriya is a studious second-year high school student haunted by a past where he shone as a prodigy in every sport. A childhood injury and a bitter argument between his parents led to his father's departure and Izuku's retreat from athletics, leaving him to bury his instincts in academics. Now, at Aldera High, his refusal to join a club draws disdain from peers and teachers, culminating in a petition to expel him. Devastated, Izuku finds solace on a beach where he reconnects with his former coach, Toshinori Yagi, who introduces him to Jinpachi Ego and the mysterious Blue Lock program. Faced with an uncertain future, Izuku accepts Ego's invitation to Blue Lock, a brutal training facility designed to forge Japan's ultimate soccer striker. To protect his mother, Inko, from the truth, Toshinori and Principal Nezu craft a cover story, presenting Blue Lock as a prestigious boarding program. As Izuku bids farewell to his mother and steps into this new world, he encounters Yoichi Isagi and Ryosuke Kira, two talented players who stir memories of his lost potential. At Blue Lock, Ego's radical philosophy-that only the most egoistic striker can achieve greatness-challenges Izuku's beliefs and rekindles his dormant instincts. Among three hundred elite forwards, Izuku must confront his past, rediscover his fire, and fight to become the singular star who will redefine Japanese soccer. In a crucible of ambition and rivalry, one question looms: can Izuku rise above his doubts to become the boulder that changes the river's course?

Under the guise of a simple messenger, Kane - formerly Aru - once more finds himself taking up his spirit name, as he returns once more to the world he could only dream of for two straight years. But though his return sparks excitement within him, that isn't to say his home-world has been devoid of interests. The world of magic now open to him, Kane finds himself enthralled by every facet of knowledge, every oddity, and every person he finds along the way; and so it came as quite the shock when Kane found that even his own close family had magical roots, a fact he only overcame with much difficulty. But nevertheless, he soon finds himself struggling to find his place in the world, both worlds in fact. His life on earth soon takes a backseat however, as in a moment of disaster, Kane quickly finds himself washed up on the beaches of yet another unfamiliar land; all in a bid to retrieve his lost friend, he must now traverse these foreign lands, both for his and his dear friends sake. They will soon discover that nothing is as it seems however, as much like the land they had rescued, so too is the land here ridden with a rot spirits such as themselves were born to fight. Kane will discover many things on his journey, the intricacies of spirits; the complexity of the world around them; the awe inspiring scenery they find themselves surrounded by; but most importantly, they will discover what the one familiar face at their side truly means to them, through tragedy or otherwise. But as night falls, Aru will realise something. If it starts with a storm. So too will it end with one.

Calming the elements and returning peace back to the forest, as spirits were reborn within the light. However, one spirit in particular was not as fortunate. Darkness so happened to consume them. Altering their physique drastically. More specifically their life force was now different to their brothers and sisters alike. But, for some unknown reason, Ori and this new spirit are connected for an event in the future. Their paths converging into one as fate takes its course. ~Chapters start out short but lengthen over time. Including spelling and grammar improves as well. Apologies for delay between chapters, I don't always have the time to write them.~ * This story is my own adaptation of the Ori universe after Blind Forest, which blends in Will of the Wisps later on.
