Her mother, Kalpana, had tortured her in her childhood, leaving emotional scars. Preeta sees a mother figure in Malti, the maid. Karan, a down-to-earth person, keeps getting into fights with Preeta. His father asks him to marry Preeta, but Karan refuses. Preeta tricks Karan into marrying her and takes him to her house. Karan begins his revenge, taunting her and making her life difficult. Will Preeta ever change? Will she ever win Karan's love?

This is my first time writing a fanfic. I liked this story in the beginning but eventually it got dull. I wanted more power to the heroin. So, created my version of PREETA. I want a happy ending. So..... please review and let me know if it's worth reading for you as much as it is for me. PS: I'll continue only of people like it. I love happy endings.
