Onyx, the messenger and retriever of information as well as a negotiator for all the Diamonds. was tasked to fly with Jasper, Peridot, and Lapis to stomp out the rest of the crystal gems. However upon meeting Steven, Onyx has a change of heart and realizes why he volunteered to go with Lapis. Author: I absolutely adore Lapis's character and feel like some writers write her way too happy for what she's gone through. So I decided to take up this small project and hopefully write Lapis convincingly.

Peridot has starting to feel strange around Steven. She has a idea of it but everything else she know about it is like a blank slate. Steven wants to admit his feelings to Connie, but then he has been noticing the occasional fast heartbeats, the craving for being around her. He has been noticing the things he felt to Connie but this time to Peridot. Will everything be okay, will stress keep dumping on Steven? Well. DISCONTINUED After Steven, Nora, and the Crystal Gems made peace with the Diamonds, Nora reveals her feelings to a certain gem. Characters and plot from my Steven and Nora Universe AU where Rose Quartz gave birth to twins Steven and Nora. Takes place after the story version of Change Your Mind (which will be a while until that is out) Includes a few spoilers, even if you already know a bit. If you don't like it, don't read it!

Four girls, born from the hopes of a broken family and the wish of one gem hybrid. Admittedly, this wouldn't be the first time the Crystal Gems had to raise a gem hybrid. Even with the void Steven left, life continues as usual. Just with the additional of four Diamond-human girls to watch over and guide. A story where Steven and the Diamonds give up their gems, allowing the Diamonds to reincarnate as hybrid children, to live a happier, healthier life. A second chance that Steven wished to give to his mother, a chance to be loved like he was. And a chance for three matriarchs to amend for past sins.

Peridot should have fled with Lapis the moment they had learned about Steven's encounter with the Diamonds. If she had went along with Lapis' concerns then none of this would have happened...at least that's what Lapis told herself to make her feel better. After Peridot gets abducted by Homeworld, Lapis must choose between two fears: confronting Homeworld or losing one of the most important person in her life. The Ocean Gem must fight her inner demons by finding closure and teaming up with the Crystal Gems, facing the enemy, and mending the broken relationship with her beloved barn mate. Canon Divergent (Alternate story that takes place before Can't Go Back/A Single Pale Rose.)

While the Gems go out to save the world some more, they must leave Lapis behind, which means Peridot is left on "Gem business", taking care of her. (This is set after the first episode of the In Too Deep arc, "Super Watermelon Island / Gem Drill", and therefore may not line up with future episodes.)

The greatest breakout on Earth! Lapis Lazuli has loved circuses and carnivals ever since she was a baby. But a birthday trip to the Diamond Sisters' Circus takes a dramatic turn when the circus owner kidnaps the young girl. Now, Lapis is held as a working prisoner and cannot leave the fairgrounds. Her only chance of escape is to ally herself with some of the circus workers, but Lapis only has until the end of the week or else she'll never see her parents again.
