What you are about to read is a love story. Let me prepare you in advance, this story will not end the way that you expect. When we met, I was young and had never experienced real love. He was older and charismatic, I never stood a chance. He was sweet and funny, everyone loved and respected him. On the surface he was everything I could ever want and for a while, everything was like a dream. But like all dreams, it came to an end. Somewhere along the line something changed, something that to this day I still can't pinpoint. The names in this story don't matter, because this story could happen to anyone. It's messy and complicated, a whirlwind of beauty and pain that created something that had never existed, something that never will again. It's been many years, but it's time for this story, my story, to be heard.

Insecurity is something we all suffer from, either in small or large amounts. The case is no different with Skylar Sinclair. She is very insecure about her looks and being surrounded by beautiful people everywhere she goes, doesn't help her case at all. If anything, it decreases her self-esteem level. People never forget to make her believe that her beauty is less than average. But then there's her mother and best friend, always trying to make her believe that her freckles and a few pimples here and there are what make her more beautiful. That everyone is beautiful in their own way. Redwood Academy has abundance of such beautiful people. Among them is Xander Sanchez, the top most student in Redwood Academy with looks to kill for. Skylar seems to have a crush on Xander but she is far from being his ideal kind of woman. So when she receives a 'jewel' which holds a family secret, she is over the moon. The 'jewel' holds magical powers which have helped the women in her family for ages, who seemed to be blessed with not so beautiful genes. According to her mother, if a guy she likes helps her wear that necklace, he will see his ideal woman in her. But could Xander really be charmed by the magical necklace? What if his ideal kind of woman is none other than Claire Morris, Skylar's childhood best friend? Find out in 'Forelsket'. ***** Copyright © 2019 by Kimberly Taylor All rights reserved. All of these, that have been written here, tell the story of how I got to where I am today. The story of my relationships between those in my life. Relationships with my family, friends, and people who, I have learned, don't really care about me or others within my family. The struggles I have faced, along with the hard decisions I had to make in the short 18 years of my life. Each of these was created with all my heart. They were made to help me cope. It was a way for me to get my voice out. As well as to help me understand myself better. I hope you all enjoy it! *warning* Some of these can trigger some people as they contain topics like depression, anxiety, and family issues. Also, any photos used are not mine and belong to their original creator/owner.

I wrote this story to be an easy short read. I wrote this when I was seventeen which was the period between late 2015 and early 2017. The story is about a pony named Curly Fries and his friendship with Derpy Hooves. I wasn't sure what age to rate this story because it reads like a book young middlers book but covers heavy topics like suicide, depression, and anxiety.
