A woman, remembering only her first name, found herself in a quiet town with nothing to remember her past. Cut off from her past life, she stayed in this tranquil town and found her heart twirling around a man she deemed her best friend. How long until the floodgates of memories break and drown her with a life she no longer believes is hers?

Hange Zoë is from a very well off rich family, however her family's desired role for her in their society leaves her feeling confused and restrained from achieving any of her passions in life. Levi Ackerman lives in the alleyways on the rough side of town, he is street wise and fights for his own survival every day. When the pair first meet they instantly feel a connection, but they are forced to stay at a distance due to their very different backgrounds. Despite these differences they are drawn to one another seeking friendship and eventually something more only if they can leave their past behind themselves. This story is set in a more modern universe, in this universe there are no titans and none of the events of the AoT anime has taken place. Content Warning: This story does have details of an abusive relationship - if this is triggering for you please do not read since a lot of the story does revolve around it Levi and Hange both belong to Hajime Isayama The other characters used in this fic have been created by myself for the purpose of this story, they do not appear in the original Attack on Titan franchise. I decided to write a sequel for one of my favourite books, Every Day, by David Levithan. I hope you like it.
