Mia thought college would be her reinvention arc. Instead, sophomore year starts with public humiliation, unresolved body image issues, a deeply concerning dependence on iced coffee, and a library floor incident that nearly results in her dying of embarrassment in front of an annoyingly attractive stranger. Jesse was supposed to be temporary. Just a cute guy in the library with suspiciously nice hands and an emotionally stable response to chaos. Unfortunately, he keeps showing up. Between late-night study sessions, campus concerts, awkward flirting, hockey games, disastrous attempts at becoming "effortlessly pretty," and Mia's ongoing war against her own brain, the line between friendship and something much more dangerous starts getting blurry. Funny, messy, painfully honest, and full of the kinds of moments that feel small until they change your life forever, Better with Time is a story about growing up, learning how to take up space, and realizing some people don't just see the version of you that you're trying to hide.

At St. Lourdes Academy, two students are known as the brightest minds of their generation. Luca Villanueva, the school's mathematics wizard, can solve impossible equations faster than anyone else. Logical, disciplined, and competitive, he believes every problem has a solution. Lala Reyes, the science genius, is equally brilliant. Curious, creative, and fearless, she dominates every science competition she enters. She also has a strange obsession with matcha and wasabi-flavored food. The problem? Luca absolutely hates matcha and wasabi. And he dislikes Lala almost as much. Their rivalry becomes legendary throughout the academy as they compete for the title of top student. Every contest turns into a battle of intelligence and pride. But when circumstances force them to work together for a prestigious national academic competition, they slowly discover that behind the arguments and competition are two lonely teenagers carrying enormous expectations. As friendship begins to replace rivalry, feelings neither of them expected start to grow. Can mathematics and science finally find a common formula for love? Or will their stubborn hearts remain unsolved?

Given that Zanli had given up writing the story due to burnout, I figured that I would pick up where he left off. Disclaimer: RWBY is owned by Hitotsubashi Group. Limbus Company and its prequels are owned by Project Moon. Second Disclaimer: The chapters prior to Zanli's announcement of discontinuing the original story will be carried over to this one, the exceptions being said announcement and the subsequent request for someone to continue it. I will also be polishing the chapters and dealing with any grammar errors that are in the original script.

None of their stories match. As Clara begins to investigate, the details start to shift. Sources go silent. Clues disappear. And the deeper she digs, the more the story begins to feel... wrong. Because this isn't just a place that's hidden. It's a place that shouldn't be found. And once it finds you- you might not find your way back.

Her life had always followed the same quiet rhythm. Perhaps that's why fate chose her. Arin. Careless, unpredictable, and impossible to understand. Ivaan. Calm, disciplined, and unreadably quiet. Because not every rivalry begins with hatred. Sometimes, it begins with the same girl. And somewhere between rain-soaked evenings, unfinished feelings, jealousy, and quiet moments that linger a little too long... someone is bound to get hurt. In the end, Sara must choose between the comfort of certainty and the pull of the unexpected. But when love arrives with the rain, the heart doesn't always follow reason.

This is book 2 of The Night Library. This book CANNOT be read as a standalone. It WILL spoil book 1. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Some doors are not meant to be found again. The library is gone. Whatever remained of it has slipped beyond reach, leaving behind only silence- and the uneasy sense that something has not been left behind at all. Isla should have answers now. Instead, what she carries is heavier: fragments that don't fit, truths that refuse to stay buried, and the growing certainty that the story didn't end where it was supposed to. Because something has shifted. What was once hidden begins to surface in ways it shouldn't, and the deeper Isla is pulled into it, the more the world around her begins to fracture. As if something is trying to find its way back. And this time, it isn't alone. _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Please do not upload any part of this story to AI or language-processing platforms. Amy Rhoades has been appointed her book club's newest president-not by choice, though. She isn't much of a leader, but the previous president-and best friend-insists that she takes the position for the better of Amy's personal goal; to be manager of the cozy bookstore she works at. As the panic sets in, she realizes she needs the help of a certain comic book geek she didn't have a great first impression with. She needs to learn how to be more confident and assertive-that's where Finn Fischer comes in. He's the snarky yet passionate comic shop attendant who's hesitant to join some cheesy book club, but Amy offers to help him win the heart of the club's vice president, Juliet. They need to save themselves from the nerves brought upon them, and be their own heroes for themselves and each other. As the meetings go by, they start to see themselves outside of their novel covers and really intertwine their stories. There's certainly a great amount of twists to their usual routines ever since they met, like joining a gushing book club and enduring endless superhero references, but it's okay because they'll get what they initially wanted in the end. Right?

Hana doesn't speak much. She just reads. Every Thursday, she sits in the corner of Alif Corner behind her niqab, a hazel notebook in her hands and eyes that have carried more silence than words. Rayyan owns Alif Corner. He doesn't speak much either. He just notices. The way she sits in the same spot. The way she holds a book like it's the only thing keeping her steady that day. So he starts leaving notes in the books he sets aside for her. He never signs them. He never approaches her. Hana doesn't know who writes them. But she keeps every single one, folded carefully like a treasure, Because after a betrayal that left her heart guarded and her name spoken in whispers, these small, unsigned words are the only things that make her feel seen again. Rayyan doesn't know she keeps them. He doesn't know she rereads them on the nights her own home feels heavy. He only knows that her calm deserves to be protected, not disturbed. What begins as silence slowly becomes something else. A connection built in glances, in shared books, in prayers whispered at 2 AM. It's not fast. It's not loud. But it's real. This is a story about a love that never needed to be spoken. About patience that outlasts doubt. About two people brought together by qadr, when neither of them was looking. But some promises aren't meant to last a lifetime in this dunya. Some are meant to leave a legacy that does. It begins with a note left on a shelf. It ends with a heart that learned to trust again - even after goodbye. ••••••• " Threads of Qadr In Love " is a story about healing in quiet places, about faith that holds you when you can't hold yourself, and about love that doesn't need to be spoken to be felt. #1 in niqabi - 14.05.2026 #1 in bookshop - 01.06.2026
