Max's p.o.v Before Max left, her and Chloe were dating and so in love. Now Max is back in Arcadia before Rachel ever went missing. Wanting to tell Chloe she was sorry for leaving and not staying in touch. That she's still so in love with her and wants them back. Will it be a happy homecoming for Max or won't it? When Chloe is arrested for the second time David feels its time to enforce discipline. With no other ideas, Joyce reluctantly agrees to David's plan. After a school year away, Chloe comes home and goes back to BlackWell, but has she changed?

( SPOILERS! IF YOU HAVENT PLAYED UP TO THE END OF EPISODE FOUR THEN DO THAT BEFORE YOU READ ON, THANK YOU. ) Just before episode four ends, Jefferson decides to kidnap both Max and Chloe. Knowing how close they are he decides to destroy two youths at once by letting Chloe witness her own friend in pain and humiliation. Trigger warnings; Abuse, badmouthing, violence, drugs, and lots and lots of fangirl / fanboy tears because I'm hurting precious little Max. ;^) This is in Max's point of view.
