She now has 48 hours to live, and is released from the hospital to go do whatever she wants before her time on earth is up, and her heart fails on her. Theres people she needs to fix things with before she goes, things she needs to see and most importantly, people she needs to confession her love to.

With summer break finally here, having some free time to relax is what most people have in mind.
