This girl gets hit at home and bullied at school, luckily she has a twin brother who helps her through it and is in the top hot 5 at their school, these twin sister and brother are hiding the fact they are physically abused at home, they fight it but it's useless, they don't trust anyone besides themselves, but things get risky when their abuser is caught in a situation that is between death and suffer.
