A collection of poems relating to the darkness in my life - highlighting mental health, depression, anxiety, and loss. The things that are unavoidable, that people purposely avoid talking about. I hope that when some people read this, that are going through or have gone through the same thing, don't feel as alone. Trigger Warning: these poems talk about depression, anxiety, miscarriage, loss, death, domestic violence, and other triggered topics.
