Sigyn has loved Prince Loki all her life, but from afar, as she was too shy to ever talk to him. However, when she finds out he is in Hel, bound to a rock, while a snake pours its venom into his eyes, she begs Hela to let her join him, so she can ease his torments a little...

The story continues-and the multiverse is tearing itself apart. Branch after branch splits off the Sacred Timeline, snarling into a wild, uncontrollable storm. The TVA is in chaos. Worlds flicker. History rewrites itself in real time. And in the middle of it all stands Loki... completely forgotten. No one remembers his name, his sacrifices, or the daughter he crossed time itself to save. Soren's condition has grown worse-her powers glitching like a broken star, her body fracturing in her veins. Nightmares and dreams haunt her, drenched in sadness and longing. She lies awake, wide awake, and she thinks of her husband. She misses him terribly, missing every minute of each day that passes without him by her side. Every night when she closes her eyes and lets herself fall into slumber, his name is the first one that comes to mind. The dead cannot be brought back to life. But perhaps, someday, she'll find the strength to forgive him for abandoning her, forsaking the gods for her. Perhaps, sometime tomorrow or the day after that, the gods will be merciful enough to make his promise come true. "I'll wait for you," she whispers. "And find you, where ever you are, even if it was another universe, even if it were another lifetime..." She smiles sadly to herself in her bed, "...you will always be my love." She waits for him day and night, every moment she sleeps is torture. Her heart aches. Her blood boils. She wants nothing more than for them both to return together. The worst part about living every day alone is that the emptiness is always there, waiting for him, craving his touch.

This story takes place after the What!if episode "What if Thor was an only child". Sigyn's mother wants her to marry Thor, but she doesn't like him that way. And then, one night, she meets someone very special in the Queen's gardens... (Basically, this is me having fun with the What if episode AND rewritten THAT horrible storyline from the comics. YOU KNOW THE ONE. )

Seeing how gifted Sigyn is, Frigga decided to teach her magic. She couldn't have been happier with the chance of learning magic from the greatest sorcerer of all time. But what Sigyn didn't know was that she would be taking these lessons with one of the Princes of Asgard, Loki. With each lesson Loki and Sigyn became closer and with that they became best friends of each other. Unfortunately their friendship didn't last forever. On an unfortunate day their paths got separated in most cruel way to never meet again. At least that's what they thought. Years had passed and Sigyn became the greatest healer of Asgard. One day the Queen asked her to the castle for some help. Sigyn had to admit, when she left her house that day, she never thought she would end up committing treason with the God of Thunder and his Midgardian lover the next day. But what she least expected was to meet her old "dead" friend again after all those years. This is my version of "What if Sigyn was in Thor: The Dark World". I hope you'll enjoy it :)

Sigyn is the daughter of the Leader of the Vanir witches who lived in Midguard and worshiped Odin. But she chose to devote her worshipings to Odin's other son Loki, as she fell in love with the God of Mischief. This story is what happens when she becomes stronger than her will.

This fanfiction is about Loki & Sigyn, his wife in Norse mythology. In this story, it's a bit different because Sigyn lives in Musphelheim and is the daughter of Surtur. I cannot say much more as that may spoil the plot of the story but, this is my first story, so I hope you provide constructive criticism. :)
