So basically, this book is an attempt where my heart's thoughts and feelings flows down through magical words in the form of poetry. Chári is a Greek slave is running from her Roman slave master into the woods. She is lost, alone, and afraid. Then, she discovers the Vortex Tree, a wonderous heaven-like place beyond time and space that shifts appearance to fit the mind of those that behold it.

Poetry within the wandering and lost thoughts that live within my melancholic head.

This is an epic poem that tells the tale of Aviana - the middle sister in her family of five who is diagnosed with cancer at just six years of age. It will be a raw telling of how terminal illness wreaks havoc in the lives of those touched by it when the victim is a child.
