She was there. She was drowning, in a pool of pain. Her eyes were bloodshot and dull, her cheeks were tearstained; her seemingly frail body gave off nervous twitches. She was unfamiliar, she was more hurt than ever. Slowly, I tugged her sleeves up. I met none other than reopened scars. She looked to me with all the brokenness in the world and said the two worded lie. "I'm fine."

Honestly, one of my favorite poems I've written. We're at summer now, let's see how this turns out..

Anna has self esteem issues and self image issues. She is overly depressed but is trying to hide it as best as she can. She then enters the eighth grade not prepared for the worst. Will she make it through a full year? Tw!! This story will have self harm and eating issues. Read at your own risks!

Jack pov "Stop!Stop! STOP IT!" She screeched as I pulled up her sleeve. "This is abuse!" I only pulled up her sleeve farther. Then I saw it. A dark purple bruise. An explanation. I looked her in the eye and she bit her lip. Pov Elsa All I could do was watch as he pulled her in closer. Pov Anna He swore to help me. He didn't know what he was getting into. I know what happens if he helps me. He won't go through that because I let him. I need to leave him be. If only he would leave me...
