Years after the three viewings there are brought this time the fates lair, this time to read about what went on between the viewings with their kids... And their younger selfs. (The stories are Bridging the gap, into the depths and the last bridge, I got permission from Ginnyrules27 last weekend I think, thanks Ginny by the way) 

While the Core Four were busy planning to steal Fairy Godmother's wand to prove themselves to their parents, Sonya Yu was busy doing her own task while also missing her team and secret boyfriend from the Isle. "I thought you were friends with Mal and the others, why don't you hang out with them?" Lonnie asked her roommate. "Our teams would sometimes ally against any enemy we shared, but we never hung out as friends. We stuck with our team, who were our friends. If you had a team, small or big, you would be left alone by others on the Isle. It especially helped if your parent was a feared villain, like my Dad for example" Sonya explained. "What about romance? I see you hide that locket from certain people and Fairy Godmother, it's also heart shaped, do you have a boyfriend no one can know about?" Lonnie asked.

Well you see Nyx is extremely shy, she barely talks to anyone apart from Prince Ben, Doug, Gigi, Valkyrie and her roommate Katana, as well as her mother of course. Maleficent disappears from the secure room where she has spent the last year and a half., many of the students have vanished, and the world is plagued with unusual weather. On top of all of that, the other parents of the Descendants are plotting their revenge. Mal knows they have to be stopped. And there's only one way to do that. The Dragonfires, her mother's most powerful weapon. But where are they? Secrets are brewing on the Isle. And soon, a new threat arrives and one hero will uncover a dangerous secret and a plan that can destroy everything. (A rewrite of the fanfiction "Wicked Dawn" which I wrote back in 2018)
