For the open novella contest, this is a story about a young girl who wakes up in the small town of Star Dew. The scenery is nice. The town's people are friendly. But she has no memories of how she got there. And things get surreal when she tries to leave town but is looped back in. Her only clue is a purple iris that glows in her dreams.

In his final breath, drowning in the mud and water of Priestella, Regulus felt something for the first time that he couldn't quite name. He didn't accept it. He couldn't. Being pitied by the very filth that had dragged him to that humiliation was something his perfect existence would never forgive. i love the challenge of form poetry, especially the invented poetry types. it excites me to see what my words do to a form and vice versa. i love my personal stamp on it, because there it is, no matter what, one's very own distinct voice. i have wanted these in a separate collection for a long time and here it is.
