She knew she couldn't challenge him. Her heart thumped quickly. She was frightened of him. His voice was soft yet laced with passive aggression - oddly enthralling at the proximity. But she definitely couldn't think of that. His mouth curved upwards into a curious smirk as those bright forest eyes finally met hers. Peter Pan was in the enchanted forest in search of more lost boys to join him and the rest of his crew back on Neverland. Normally he would leave this kind of job to his shadow, but with the plans he had coming, such as capturing the heart of the truest believer to gain eternal life and power, he wanted only the strongest and the best. He wanted an army. So far he hadn't had much luck. He found plenty of lost boys but all too young, too weak, too pathetic. It made him feel sick. But just as he was about to give up for the night, he was hit hard by an intense presence. He could feel the loneliness and pain radiating off of them in waves. One of the strongest cases he'd ever felt. That was good. That much loneliness and pain usually fueled lots of anger which was exactly what he needed. Plus it usually made them easier to manipulate. He approached the figure that was walking away from him wearing a long dark cloak. "Hey you! Boy!" He shouted The figures immediately turned around and Pan was stunned to say the least. "Umm no, not quite." She responded. 'It was a girl? How could it be?' Peter laid awake that night back on Neverland thinking to himself. 'My senses have never lead me wrong like that before' Even worse than that he could not understand why her face seemed to be haunting all of his thoughts since the moment she turned around. It made him feel...unsettled. Which was a word that wasn't even in Pans vocabulary. 'Perhaps' he thought, 'there is a purpose for her after all. Perhaps I could use her.
