"This marriage wasn't exactly my choice. What have I done for you to hate me?" Ira said, her eyes flashed with hurt.
Vikrant's eyes snapped up, something warm flickered in his eyes.
"Aap apne naam ka matlab jaanti hai, ira?"
Without waiting for an answer, he added.
"Maa Saraswati ke bohot se naamon mein se ek."
Ira blinked, confused.
He leaned forward, kneeling down in front of her.
"Toh, unse nafrat kaise ki jaa sakti hai? Unko to sirf pooja jaata hai, ira."
Ira Sharma is emotional, talkative, and far too soft for a place like the army academy - or so everyone believes. After her brother's martyrdom, the twenty-six-year-old leaves behind her stable job to prepare for the army, determined to follow the path he once chose.
Vikrant Singh, the academy's Deputy Commandant, is calm, disciplined, and strictly follows the rule book. At twenty-eight, he's known for being sharp, composed, and impossible to read.
What neither of them expected was an arranged marriage tying their lives together - right before Ira joins the academy and discovers that her husband is also her trainer. Between strict routines, constant clashes, will they ever find their way to each other?
