Historias de Loveisperfect

There's a saying that goes: "When a writer falls in love with you, you can never die." This poem I wrote in January 30, 2010. As I was intensely in-love with someone during that teen years. I mused around the perfect meaning of love and how can I make it eternally valued. Here's what I found out.

Synopsis Sixty seconds, that is what it took for Rachel McLaine to lose the love of her life. Her baby. To cause her grief, pain, anguish and torment her entire life. The beautiful bundle of joy that heaven had graced her with was no longer there with her. She had missed a lot of her firsts with her kid. She tried to hold on to sanity but after some time she broke and gave in to the darkness so deep that she became a shell of a person majorly functioning and not living until she stopped by a deserted street one night in her drunken stupor and saw the little girl chasing after safety. She decides to be her guardian angel unaware of how complicated and twisted life can be. Something about this girl seemed to forever draw her in and she started spending more nights than necessary in that alley. What happens when fate trumps love and a family reunion is in the way? What happens when she realizes that the baby she had been in search of was just under her nose the entire time? What happens when she realizes that in pursuit of her happiness she had pushed everyone away and in return, she founded everlasting love? Liam Standall was an eligible bachelor in search of his own happiness until he found the ever-so-dashing Rachel who seemed to have snared his attention without him trying. Yet when he looks at her her sees something dark troubling her and he wants to solve all the mysteries that come with her life.
