the story is about the girl who kept loving her first love and her friend. after all her best friend turned out to be just a surreal creature which you will have to find out on your own😊 "When have you figured it out?" "Now, we can go together." he says and holds her hand tightly. She smiles at him and they elevate up to the sky.

I just ended college to become a PEDS surgeon and I'm so excited I'm going to Seattle Grace Mercy West Hospital and then I met someone and we fell in love and then my life changed forever
