Hopelessly lost, Zelda is stuck in the Lost Woods, the darkest, most dangerous forest in Hyrule. She only survives with the help of a curious young boy who can't seem to speak Hylian. Born of the woods, he has never seen another like himself and therefore lacks all normal social skills. He helps Zelda out of the woods, and she wonders if he was real at all. That same day, on a trip through Castle Town, she runs into the young boy again. After a turn of events, Zelda decides to teach him how to speak and act properly. They become close friends, learning more about each other and where they come from. However, the young boy has unintentionally made enemies and is forced to fight for his life. Will he make it out alive, calling upon the Lost Woods for help? Or will he fail to escape, forever doomed to the ancient evil threatening all that he loves?

Following the events of Breath of the Wild, Link awakens and meets a girl named Sila {See-La} who upon birth became the embodiment of Hope in Hyrule. She decides to travel around with him, following the path of the warrior, stories left to her by her deceased father, Kuzon. Memories of stories told by her father of the Warrior and the Princess defending Hyrule for generations and the memories Link must gather to remember who he is lead them on their path. But while she knows that Link belongs with Princess Zelda according to the story, that's not how their adventures will play out. Sila becomes Link's Spark of Hope that gives him strength to push back Calamity Ganon and defend Hyrule. With the power of all three, will they push back the darkness and save Hyrule? {Not a Silent Link Story - He's a man of little words in this story but I'll leave the talking heads off to Sila, promise.}

While three deities representing these for themes of the Triforce- Din, the Goddess of Power, Nayru, the Goddess of Wisdom, and Farore, the Goddess of Courage- there was a lot more out there. Outside of the Kingdom of Hyrule; Pale Gods fought for domination over certain aspects of the world they ruled. They were titanic beasts; each with their own power over mind, body, and especially soul. In the present day, though, all of these titanic and great gods have been extinct for thousands of years. Except... One. Y/N. Child of the Pale King and the White Lady. The First of their Children and the one meant to inherit the Kingdom of the Hallownest. Only he remained after the emergence of the mighty and feared goddess of light- The Radiance. The plague she brought was devastating, and only by fully ascending into a God Born of the Pale and Void did it end. But it was far too late for the now ruined kingdom. His siblings were dead; his mother missing, and his father's shell sitting empty on his throne. He wanders the world, now, eventually finding Hyrule and settling there. He didn't originally plan too- but it wasn't until he met someone who gave back his purpose of a protector did he make that decision. Now; he guards Hyrule, helping weilders of the Master Sword combat the evil that threaten the world. Especially when Calamity threatens to destroy it once again. He witnessed one Kingdom fall to a plague, he refused to watch another one succumb to the same fate.

The Yiga and the Sheikah have always been at war. What happens when the Yiga's best warrior, Link, kidnaps Zelda, a Sheikah warrior? It has been 100 years since the Great Calamity befell the land of Hyrule, leaving the once prosperous kingdom in ruin. After a century of slumber, Link wakes up alone with no memory of who he is. But as his memories begin to creep to the surface, he soon finds not all is as simple as he once thought. Will he be able to cut himself off from his feelings to complete his quest? Or will he be swallowed by them, as every new memory unlocks another secret buried in his heart? A novelization of BOTW's story.
