Lena has a lot of family issues. Her dad no longer talks to them and he only comes home once a week (drunk) to yell at her hopeful mother who loves her kids to death and wants this marriage to work. He yells every week bringing tears to their familiy's eyes. They end up moving to Florida and Lena has to make new friends and has to start a new life, but she meets new people, and now not only will she have family drama but she will also have relationship drama.

Isn't it surprising how something so ordinary, turns hatred into love, becomes the reason for an extraordinary adventure, and earns someone a new friend? All because of a simple, black, umbrella. Now, what if this becomes the cause to end all the confusion?
