This story takes place fifteen years after Code Lyoko Evolution, although watching Code Lyoko Evolution is not mandatory for understanding the story, there is barely any mention of events in Evolution. So the Lyoko Warriors have graduated high school and are living their lives when they get "returned to the past." So the group comes back to the factory to meet a new group of Lyoko Warriors who are trying to keep XANA under control without losing a friend.

A sua gran sorpresa trova anche un laboratorio segreto collegato ad un mondo virtuale e decide di mostrare il segreto ai propri amici, però un'entità si manifesta e così sono costretti ad intervenire per fermare ''XANA''. Nasce così un' amicizia che lega in modo costante i ''Guerrieri Lyoko'' Yumi: È un po' rischioso, ma dovremmo provare. Dopotutto noi siamo i Guerrieri di Lyoko. Aelita: Pensate davvero di poterlo fare? Jeremy: Mi chiamano Einstein, un motivo ci sarà! Fra qualche settimana troverò una soluzione. Intanto non dimentichiamo il nostro patto. Tranquillo. as time goes by it is getting hard to keep up with xana, and the lyoko warriors need help. the problem is they don't know who to trust. but then a new kid steps into school she is tall, thin, and has a beautiful face, but doesn't say much. unknown to everyone she has a dark past one that she doesn't voice. will the lyokos help this siren find her voice or will she be a silent song?

Marinette Dupain Cheng, a boarder at Kadic Academy, entered an abandoned boutique in hopes of finding anything she could use in her next big fashion project. What she found where hidden blueprints for the abandoned factory nearby and an abandoned factory in the middle woods. She knew she should have left it alone, but she followed the blueprints anyway, all the way down to the bottom floor of the factory, where she made one of her biggest decisions in her life.
