It was a red moon when I slipped out. I didn't think. I just acted. Now here I stood. Frozen in place staring up at the moon above me. I now knew why on this day we would go underground in hiding. The demons. The one day the portal is weak enough for the creatures of dark to visit earth.

Jeg går forsigtigt hen imod den, rækker langsomt min hånd ud efter håndtaget, lukker øjnene, samler mig selv og drejer, mens jeg håber og ber' til Gud om at den åbner, og at der ikke er så slemt som tegningerne på døren viser. Pis! Den åbnede, og Gud hørte mig åbenbart, og han er vidst lidt af en ordkløver, for det jeg så var ikke lige så slemt som det på tegningerne, nej, det her, var meget værre! ------------- Cassie Evelyn Gyldenstjerne, er en rødhåret, sød, sjov, venlig og afslappet pige.
