The school year is coming to a close, and Macky is anxious for summer to come. Anxious for no more studying, sleeping in late, hanging out with her friends, and some casework here and there. Unfortunately, when a city worker discovers a piece of evidence that could put Analu back in jail, her plans are forced to be put on hold. Internal Affairs is determined to send Analu back to a concrete box and will stop at nothing to achieve it. Then a school shooting has the city talking, but the identity of one of the shooters blows the CCC away. The biggest shock comes when a witness who went missing before the case made its appearance is assassinated before they can put Analu in the clear. But when a CCC member is framed for the murder he's forced to disappear, and with no evidence to fight for his innocence, it may be for good.
