In crafting this rendition, I sought to pay homage to the rich tapestry of Oz adaptations that have graced our screens over the years. Notably, I drew inspiration from the iconic 1939 MGM classic and its enchanting Disney 1985 semi-Sequel, "Return to Oz," as well as the beloved "Wicked" series, SyFy's enthralling "Tin Man" miniseries from 2007, Oz the Great and Powerful (2013), and the captivating Oz episodes of "Once Upon a Time." To breathe life into the pages, I decided to create live-action illustrations for the book. I used a mix of the MGM Wizard of Oz, Return to Oz (1985), and other Oz adaptations to create the visuals.
