A detective couple and a magical girl couple join forces to protect the Land of the Fountain and a city crying over mysterious cases.. - In Fuuto City, criminals using USBs called Gaia Memory are rampaging throughout the city with the cases the perpetrators have committed. This is when the two-in-one detective teams up with Pretty Cure to keep Fuuto smiling. - Come, settle your sins.

Kanade Minamino, Nodoka Hanadera, and Lala Hagoromo are three best friends who has a passion for Girly Stuffs and Fashion. Kanade is Friendly and Mature, Nodoka is Sweet and Kind, and Lala is Intelligent and Down-to-Earth. The trio were brought together by fate, and with a miracle, they transform as Precures to fight the forces of evil. Kanade, Nodoka, and Lala formed a group called "Cutie Girls Squad" with Emiru Aisaki, Erika Kurumi, Alice Yotsuba, and Yayoi Kise as their teammates. With Cutie Girls Squad formed, they encountered Celeste, the ruler of the Miracle Heart Kingdom. Celeste seeks help from them to save her world from her ex-friend Cadence, the Queen of Darkness, who fell from grace due to her greediness. While Kanade, Nodoka, Lala, and the rest of CGS Cast do their mission, they encounter Gabby Shiratori, Riku Ozora, and their fairy partners, namely Elijah and Liam. The whole CGS Casts must deal with the Yami Heart Gang, who works with Cadence.

It was supposed to be a simple experiment, one which Rin had done many times in the past. Yet here he was... What went wrong? Why was he faced with an endless horde of monsters? And was that a magical girl? Shirou hoped his day wouldn't get any worse.

With Aoi, Makoto, and the rest of GCC Casts are up to the mission Maiya gave them, they must work together to stop Souta and his organization, the Warumo Squad. During this mission, the entire GCC Casts will deal with Momona Aose, Kousuke Aoba, and the two fairies: Mary and Angelo.

This story is set in the same universe as Puella Magi Madoka Magica, but features mostly original characters. The town of Stormy Docks, CA is a popular spot for Japanese immigrants, many having traveled on the revolutionary ship SS Hyacinthus. However, on its second trip to America, the Hyacinthus mysteriously sank, breaking apart many families. Within this fractured town, immigrants Hiroko Yamashita, Etsuko Mochizuki, Yui Gushiken, and Mai Matsui fight as magical girls to defend it! Well, most of them do. Hiroko Yamashita has been the sole human friend of these girls for years but was never able to think of the perfect wish. After Hiroko finally takes Kyubey's offer, she realizes that the magical world is not as perfect as she'd dreamed. Amidst missing girls, a mysterious newcomer, and a scheme that may have more relevance to the Hyacinthus than everyone else thought, Hiroko is in way over her head; not to mention the fact that she has to figure it all out before the impending Fourth of July parade!
