She makes friends with a pair of wild twins, a dragon who disappears, a young man who likes to make outfits, an elusive white dragon, and a few other crazies. Family is who you choose. That is a lesson Hiccup learned from an early age and one that has helped him through all the ups and downs in life. Dagur gets hurt while on a mission with Hiccup, and Mala hovers over him, super worried, when Hiccup brings him back to the Defenders of the wing. Then Dagur gets loopy on painkillers, and Mala thinks that it's rather adorable.
